Hello, I'm Oliver. I've been around for a while but this website is relatively new – I made it in October 2008 to be a place to write about technology, music, cooking, kitty cats or whatever catches my fancy.

Recently married and transplanted to Austin, Texas, I live with my wife Reba Howard and two ex-street kitties which we saved from a diet of garbage-juice in San Francisco. We ride bikes a lot since we're still rocking SF style with no car, and we are trying to find some indie music which isn't too terrible here in the "Live Music Capital of the World."

I have a B.S. in Computer Science from San Francisco State University and have been working in technology for more than a decade. I dabble in iPhone development and Cocoa programming, and know a good deal about strange facets of Drupal. I'm currently trying to get away from the web stack but that is proving difficult.
